Your skill library
Build-along · ~10 min at your own keyboard
Each hardened skill is a process that now runs without you, and they compose. The library IS the asset: it's what makes your AI setup worth more every month instead of resetting to zero each session. Inventory it, name the gaps, keep building.
Your starter: Practice skill library plan
ChecklistMake it yours: List the four procedures you run every month, decide for each what goes in and what the one refusal is, and strike any skill that would need a client's name to work.
SKILL LIBRARY: [firm], reviewed [date] [ ] redact-first: takes any client text, returns it as Taxpayer A and Entity B with a diff. Refuses to say the result is safe. Runs before every other skill. [ ] notice-translate: takes a de-identified notice type and summary, returns what the client has to do by when. Refuses to state a deadline it was not given. [ ] memo-skeleton: takes de-identified facts and a question, returns issue, facts, rule, analysis, conclusion with every authority marked VERIFY. Refuses to conclude. [ ] close-checklist: takes a trial balance with the entity as a code, returns the exceptions list. Refuses to propose an entry. Each one: nothing identifiable goes in, one thing it refuses, one file out. Any skill that needs a client's name to work is struck from the list.
The coach checks that what you paste back is your own work. The starter pasted back unchanged won't pass.
