Your practice knowledge is scattered across old memos, closed workpapers, board rules, and your own head. Package it into one folder Claude answers from, and ONLY from. The move is a project folder plus a CLAUDE.md that says: answer only from these files, cite the filename for every fact, and say 'not in my notes' when it isn't there. Two hard rules make it safe: nothing identifiable goes in, so a memo is de-identified before it enters the folder, and never invent a number or an authority.
